This is drivin me nuts! I sold my Cd player in my Sebring to put in my newer one and a strange thing happened. Everything was fine when I pulled out the old deck. Sent the wife to town to get a few things and when I installed the new deck, I had no power at the constant power source in the stock harness. what the f**K, no blown fuses or anything and I'm out of ideas. Can anyone shed some light on this? I'm about to set the damn thing on fire

did you ever fix the bugs in your wires? was it a fusible link by any chance? thats what went on me in the truck, and left me with no heat, and the windows wouldn't go up. and it was cold out. but all the fuses were good, but no constant power. stupid fusible link that you had troubles getting at and seeing. we even had one here.

the newer cars have a stupid computer in the radio, and you have to run it indipendent from the stock wiring I think
